Caroline Turner is an effective workshop facilitator, speaker, consultant, and now author. Through her company, DifferenceWORKS, LLC, she helps leaders achieve great business results by creating work environments where people feel valued, heard, and included--and therefore thrive.
Caroline is the former senior vice president, general counsel of Coors Brewing Company. In addition to leading the internal legal function, she headed the company's public affairs department and the office of the corporate secretary. Caroline was a partner in the law firm Holme Roberts & Owen, in Denver, Colorado, and served as clerk to Judge McWilliams of the 10th Judicial Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Caroline is an emeritus member of the board of directors of the Women'sVision Foundation, a member of the board of Warren Village, and a member of the honorary board of the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame. She has served in leadership roles in several other organizations and initiatives, including the Women's Forum of Colorado, the Women's Initiative at Mile High United Way, the University of Denver College of Law, The Mentoring Company, the Greater Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the National Hispana Leader- ship Institute, and the National Council of La Raza.
Caroline has received numerous recognitions, including: Corporate Woman of the Year from the Women'sVision Foundation (2000); Outstanding Alumni from the University of Denver College of Law (1999); a Woman of Distinction from the Colorado Girl Scouts (2000); and the John Meadows Spirit of Diver- sity Award from Coors (2002).
