We all want to be healthy and look and feel young. There are many strategies for healthy living that help prevent disease and slow the aging process, including what we eat and how we prepare our foods. I have a passion for finding natural ingredients that help me feel my best without depriving myself (or my family and friends) of delicious food.
Natural rich-nutrient foods and rejuvenating ingredients found in herbs and spices is a combination I call "FoodTrients". The Age Beautifully Cookbook and The Age GRACEfully Cookbook is a collection of enticing FoodTrients recipes beautifully illustrated and incorporate all the delicious ingredients you need to look and feel younger not only on the inside, but also on the outside.
More on FoodTrients: I have determined eight categories of FoodTrients™ that are essential to age-defying and healthful living (Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant, Disease-Preventing, Immunity Booster, Mind, Beauty, Strength and Weight Loss). Specially designed logos represent each category and are indicated with every recipe in The Age Beautifully Cookbook and The Age GRACEfully Cookbook, summarizing its healthful properties. By incorporating these properties in your everyday diet, you are more likely to look and feel younger, have more energy, and improve your mood and mind. Who knew that the right foods in sufficient amounts could do so much good for your body? Now we have the science to prove it.
