I'm a heart attack survivor and I believe that hope is everything when your heart attacks. I help heart patients fight to save their lives. I tell them that they can't be afraid to get their heart rates up, and, to get off their butts so their minds can begin to heal their bodies. My motto is, "@#$% my heart attack!
