Author Don Peckham is an octogenarian (80+ years old) who has pondered the unanswerable throughout his life. Lifelong resident and native of California, Don is the proud father of three daughters and nine grandchildren. In 2010, he lost his beautiful wife Lucy to cancer. They had been married for nearly 55 years.
He remains active both socially and in business; "retire" is not part of his vocabulary. This is his first, and according to Don, last book.
Cartoonist Bill Keeling is also an octogenarian. He lives in Lafayette, California with his lovely wife,Lorayne. They have four sons, daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren. Among other hobbies, Bill has been a cartoonist and illustrator for many years, and has illustrated several books and numerous other publications.
Don and Bill met at age 14 while in the Boy Scouts together and remain lifelong
friends today. To the amusement of their children and grandchildren, they continue to joke and banter like a couple of teenagers.
