Betsy Thompson

A former educator, Betsy is now a full-time artist and illustrator. She is inspired by parenthood, patterns in nature, organic shapes, vintage and contemporary children's book illustrations, Chinese folk art, mid-century modernism, the kitchen, expressionism, the concept of home, and her life by the sea.

Betsy lives on the coast of Maine with her professor husband and their two daughters.
