Nancy Almodovar

Dr. Nancy A. Almodovar is happily married to Roberto Almodovar with two cats, Geneva and Katerina and several chickens.

She is an Adjunct Professor of World Religions and holds PhD in Philosophy and Theology & MA in Christian Theology and Apologetics at Trinity Theological Seminary, holds a second MA in Christian Studies & History and a Dipl.A in Apologetics where she will also present her work on the history of Pentecostalism at the International Academy on Apologetics and Human Rights (Strasbourg France) to become a Fellow of the Academy and third MA from Strasbourg Univ. Nancy is currently working on a 4th Masters of Theology with a Concentration in church History. She and her husband are members of Faith Lutheran (LCMS).

A speaker, author, teacher, professor and frequent radio guest on Issues, Etc., Calvary Perspectives and Iron Sharpens Iron, her passion is that believers will study the great doctrines of the Bible in order to be better equipped to proclaim the Gospel and live Coram Deo (before the Face of God). Recognizing that God does not need your good works but your neighbor does, as Martin Luther wrote, vocation is a focal point of her passion.

Nancy A. Almodovar grew up in a Pentecostal home and eventually became a Reformed Christian. She is the author of over twenty books, one on the problem of evil, Faith Seeking Consolation, and one on her journey out of charismatic theology, A Modern 95: Questions for Today's Evangelicals and Accidental Lutheran, her story of converting to Lutheranism.
