Bernadette T. Stankard

Bernadette Stankard has many interests. She appreciates and writes and presents about multiple intelligences in faith formation, in daily life, in creativity. She also, with the assistance of her colleague, Amy Viets, has written two books dealing with the hidden victims of depression - the family, friends,co-workers of those who love and care about a depressed individuals. She loves reading, painting, solving mysteries, playing the guitar and baritone ukelele. Her friends always get nervous or excited when she says, "I've got an idea." Her current enjoyment is international nights where a different country is "visited" and the food enjoyed (prepared by the participants) and the music and knowledge of the country is appreciated. Her husband of 41 years continues to tolerate and enjoy her.
