I discovered quilting on Internet, absolutely by chance. I live in Romania, a country where the word "quilt" is unknown to most people. I instantly fell in love with quilting; I adore playing with colors.

All I know about quilting I have learned on my own from books, from the Internet and from my mistakes.

I am a lonely quilter…I have just a few quilting friends here. If we are lucky, we are able to meet once every few years.

Class, lecture, retreat, guild, quilt shop, quilt show- for me these are just words I read about on Internet. But this doesn't stop me to enjoy every minute of my quilting life.

Quilting is the passion of my life but I also enjoy making bags and a few other crafts that involve playing with colors.
