Bryan R. Coupland

Bryan Coupland was born in 1941 in Toronto, Canada. He became a veterinarian and practiced, taught, and did research at the Veterinary College, Michigan State University. He and his wife became missionaries with New Tribes Mission in 1969, serving in Panama for ten years. Bryan's first book, "Come Rest with Me - Experiencing Intimacy with Jesus through God's Rest" won second place in the 2009 Christian Choice Book Awards (Christian Living Category) through Xulon Press. His second book, "Growing a Wise Family - 100 Devotionals from the Book of Proverbs" won first place in the USA "Best Books 2011" Awards (Prayer & Devotionals Category) through USA Book News. The Couplands have three children and eleven grandchildren.
