Richard Patch

Rich Patch was born in March of 1948 in Nashua, New Hampshire. He lived in or near this old New England mill city until late 1959 when his family moved west to Phoenix, Arizona. The culture shock seemed overwhelming and without recovery until after high school where he took eleven semesters of English to pass eight. Four years in the Navy brought some maturity, a wife and the first two of his three sons. It also brought the GI bill and ultimately a college education. Rich has written poetry, short stories and flash fiction for his family, his friends and just plain pleasure ever since. His first novel, Where Loyalty Lies, with encouragement from family and several beginning athors is now published by Amazon Kindle. Rich lives with his wife of forty-three years in Dolores, Colorado.
