Angela DiTerlizzi

Angela DiTerlizzi is an award-winning New York Times and USA Today National bestselling author of books for children. Her books been named to Best Books of the Year lists by Amazon, Book Riot, Buzzfeed, The Today Show, and the prestigious Bank Street College of Education.

Prior to her career making up stories, Angela was making up faces. She spent over 15 years as a make-up artist in the film, television, and music industry, working with countless celebrities, musicians, and even a former President of the United States. Her credits include, MTV, VH1, E!, Conan O'Brien and most notably, her time spent on Saturday Night Live and The Today show.

Angela and her husband, #1 New York Times best-selling author/illustrator, Tony DiTerlizzi, and their daughter Sophia and dog, Pippin, divide their time between Amherst, Massachusetts and Jupiter, Florida.
