Mohana Gill

Mohana Gill born and brought up in Myanmar and lived the first 20 years in Myanmar.Went to University of Rangoon M.Com degree then studied at University of Manchester and University of Toronto.Now lives in Malaysia with her husband and three boys.

Started to write in 2006.All her books are on healthy living and wellness mainly on fruit and vegetables.First book Fruitastic, won the Gourmand Special Award of the Jury.Second book Vegemania published in 2007 won Gourmand Award for The best Vegetarian Book in the World She then wrote a book on her mother country Myanmar Cuisine Culture and customs which won the Best Asian Cookbook in the world 2015.. Subsequently, she wrote books for children to show them how to eat a healthy diet using fruit and vegetables at a very early age.She believes that "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men".

She has introduced a character called Hayley who is the ambassador on healthy foods and who will show the children of the world a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Hayleys Happylicious Series a series of 8 books is her latest addition.
