John E. Lankford

I have a dual personality: John is the historian and John E. the writer of fiction. When I retired from the academy, I moved to Taos and started a second career. I have three works of fiction in print and more either in the word processor or churning in my imagination. My style tends toward minimalism and I like to experiment with a range of genres. As a practicing Buddhist, I find the high desert of Northern New Mexico a source of great spiritual and creative energy.
