Most of my active working life I have been a pioneer - breaking new ground in one way or another - through a multitude of roles. Although my experience is dominated by the marine indistry, I have also performed well in roles within the education sector, software development, strategic and tactical planning, military and aircraft industries. All in all mostly heavyweight posts requiring both a high degree of technical/business capability simultaneously with the will power and ability to bring major decisions to fruition. I excel at planning and performing in difficult and unstable business scenarios and prefer to work either alone or in a small, close-knit team where the members know each others strengths and weaknesses and consider each other almost as ”family”.
