Tremayne Moore

Hi. I'm Tremayne Moore, founder of Maynetre Manuscripts, LLC (a publishing company with a vision of writing to write the broken soul). Like the one in six men who were sexually abused before the age of sixteen, I know what it feels like to be broken. Molested by a close family member, I spent much of my childhood in fear and yearning for someone to take my side.

As a result, I am committed to educate youth, parents, pastors, and community members concerning child sexual abuse/teenage suicide through social media and community involvement. His book "Deaf, Dumb, Blind & Stupid: Michael Anderson's Fight for Life" was listed on OOSA Bookclub's The Best of 2012 and it made the Read It All Book Reviews' 5 Star Reads of 2012. On UBAWA's Top 100 Books for 2013, "Pieces of Me: Finding Heather Jones" was ranked #98 and "Deaf, Dumb, Blind & Stupid: Michael Anderson's Fight for Life" was ranked #5.

As most of you know I have written several books, but there are some things you might not know about me. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from FAMU and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from FSU. I currently reside in Tallahassee and I am a spoken-word motivational speaker. What are my outside hobbies? Well, I love to read, sing & rap, bowl, and cook. You could call me the "Renaissance Man." What is most important? My faith in Jesus Christ is most important to me!
