Raymond De Young

Raymond De Young is co-author of The Localization Reader and Foodloose in Washtenaw, as well as numerous journal articles on environmental stewardship, the psychology of behavior change, and re-localization. He is Associate Professor of Environmental Psychology and Planning at the University of Michigan School for Environment and Sustainability in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His work focuses on helping people plan for, motivate and maintain meaningful behavior change in response to limits-to-growth and resource descent. He writes on the nature of, and transition to, a wholesome and durable existence. He lives in Michigan with his wife.
