Daniela Bryan is Owner and Chief Vision Officer of DBCoach, an executive coaching firm, which she founded in 2001. She is an expert at discerning what matters most to CEOs, executive directors, small business owners and business partners and their teams worldwide.
She has successfully coached senior and international executives in thousands of coaching hours to live up to their potential in companies ranging from Audi to Visa, from Citigroup and Microsoft to Nestle and Toyota. Her breadth of experience in working in and with corporations, non-profit organizations, small businesses and start up companies allows her to relate to and shift people's perspectives to success.
In her former life, she was Director of Marketing Communications and Training for the Eastman Kodak Company in London for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, following an extensive career in sales, marketing and product and project management.
Daniela graduated with a BA degree from the USC Annaberg School of Journalism and an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also attended CoachU and currently holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.
Daniela manages a global business and estate, has lived in several countries and speaks several languages. She is an experienced real estate investor and she has been general contractor for her homes in Germany and in California.
In the past she found the time to serve on the Board of Directors for Mount Madonna School in Watsonville, California, because she believes in the power of education.
