Brian Flint

BRIAN MICHAEL FLINT was born in 1971 in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Before graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor of Arts in History, he served six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Stinger Missile Gunner and Training Non-Commissioned-Officer. In 2011, he earned his Master of Arts degree in History.

His first book: The Dragon and the Boar: The Adventures of a Welsh Boy Who Ended the War of the Roses, is a historical fiction novel about the years before Henry Tudor defeated Richard III and ushered in the Tudor Era of English history.

He currently lives in Gardnerville, Nevada where he continues to write and teaches Social Studies. He can also be found on the rivers, trails, and ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
