Dave Hood

Dave's first involvement with FSAN and modern-day PONs was a contribution on the use of OMCI for testing POTS circuits. Little did he know that he would eventually become Mr OMCI, editor of ITU-T G.988 and before that, of G.984.4 and G.983.2.

Dave lives in silicon valley, where he especially appreciates the immense variety of ways to be outdoors. On weekends, he's often to be found on a bicycle or on a trail.
