Tonia Woolever

Initially a committed agnostic, Tonia fell into despair after realizing she had become a woman of awful character. This led to a life-changing encounter with Jesus that began with Tonia shaking her fist at Him and challenging, “If you’re real, you can make me feel this love I keep hearing about.”

After being saved and filled with God's Spirit, a teaching gift emerged in Tonia, who became driven by hunger to understand God and test His Word in real life. Her faith was profoundly stirred by the promise of Christ's New Covenant, that God’s redeemed children “will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.”

The pursuit of that promise shaped Tonia's life. Years of being mentored, transformed and nourished by the Spirit in daily life birthed an enduring passion to teach Christians about New Covenant life, knowing God and entering His rest.

For over thirty years Tonia has helped Christians connect with a real God in real life through mentoring, counseling and teaching. Now an ordained minister and Bible teacher, Tonia has written and taught seminars, lead retreats, and written books. With more to come.

Tonia currently publishes Spirit Life, a blog about sharing life with God in the New Covenant.

When she is not writing, Tonia is happiest tending her flower garden, cooking tasty food or watching good movies with her husband at their home in Texas.
