Tai Sheridan

Tai Sheridan is a writer, painter, meditation teacher, and cultural observer. As The Roving Anthropologist, he explores ordinary objects, habits, language, rituals, and everyday scenes to reveal the larger meanings hidden inside common life.

His field guides look closely at the things people already know—cards, walking sticks, music, food, bodies, decades, tools, sayings, places, and daily customs—and ask what they reveal about how people live together.

He lives in Port Townsend, Washington.
