Pamela Isom

Pamela K. Isom is CEO and founder of IsAdvice & Consulting LLC. She is a Fed100 Award winning Executive, Entrepreneur and Senior Advisor to corporations and government officials bringing extensive public sector experience and private sector excellence to businesses. Her focus is strengthening equity through cloud, artificial intelligence, data and technology. She is an Innovator and AI, Data and Cloud subject matter expert.

Pamela is former Senior Official and Director of Artificial Intelligence & Technology Office and Deputy CIO at the U. S. Department of Energy where she served from January, 2015 through September, 2022. She led enterprise wide strategy and risk management, strategic innovation and data governance serving as Chief Data Officer, Senior Official for Geospatial Data, and Responsible AI Official. At U. S. Department of Commerce / Patent & Trademark Office Pamela led IT efforts for patent and trademark research and systems integration.
