(Discipline coach) Jim Roberson

Jim Roberson was born and raised in New York. As a child he was recognised for his sporting talent and became the first African American child to attend Bronxville High School, New York. Jim went on to achieve a full athletic scholarship to the University of Rhode Island where he studied Economics and became part of their successful American football team.

After leaving university Jim soon found his feet as a football coach at the school he had formerly attended; his skill and infectious enthusiasm leading to an offer to move to the UK to coach American football. Jim has now been living in England for 23 years, teaching, coaching and running trips to New York.

In 2001, Jim founded Youth Minded www.youthminded.com a company which supports parents, teachers and pupils in providing the tools to succeed in their ambitions.
