Martine McDonagh

Martine McDonagh's novel, Narcissism for Beginners, was a People's Book Prize Finalist and longlisted for the Guardian Not The Booker Prize. It is published in Germany as Familie und andere Trostpreise (Family and other Consolation Prizes). Her first novel, I Have Waited and You Have Come, was described as ‘cataclysmically brilliant’ by author Elizabeth Haynes, and praised in The Guardian and Red magazine. Following a successful career as an artist manager in the music industry, Martine designed and ran the MA Creative Writing & Publishing at West Dean College in Sussex and is now a Royal Literary Fund Fellow based at Chichester University. http://www.martinemcdonagh.com
