Tamara Rhoades-Baldwin

Tamara Rhoades-Baldwin was born in Indiana. She loved dancing ballet and received an MFA in dance in 1992 from the University of Arizona. She danced professionally and then opened a dancewear store, Dance Essentials, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she also taught ballet for many years. She shares ballet class combinations on her website (insideballet.com), and put hundreds of them into a book in 2009 called "Classical Ballet: Combinations for Ten Complete Advanced Classes". She now lives in North Carolina where she works as a business analyst at a major bank and, on occasion, teaches ballet. To gain a deeper appreciation for writers, she set out to write a novel, studying how to create characters and dialogue, resulting in "Brook No Fear, My Angel".

Tamara has dealt with major recurring depression since her 20's, and after successfully putting her depression into remission multiple times, decided to write her most recent e-book/print book, "How I Overcame Depression With Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation" in 2019. She hopes that sharing her experience will help others decide to try TMS.

She loves being a member of the Baha'i Faith, painting with acrylics, making jewelry, crocheting, practicing calligraphy, and reading. She and her husband Jim have a combined total of seven children and six grandchildren as well as three cats!
