David Smith

My wife, Autumn, and I, live in North Carolina. We have two children with one still at home and three dogs, three cats, and two horses. We are active members in a local church where we both teach in children's classes.

I received my medical degree from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1994 and completed family medicine residency in 1997. I was in private practice in Mississippi for over two decades and currently am enjoying working as medical director in a direct care practice in North Carolina.
