Frances (Fran) D. Szabo has a strong business background with more than 20 years in management at fortune 100 companies and a passion and expertise for learning and change management. She has managed large scale mergers and developed curriculum for frontline employees through executive employees, including basic skills training for frontline employees and strategic management, sales and customer service training for executives. She has strong skills converting instructional materials from classroom to distance learning methods and extensive knowledge of learning management systems.
