Moushumi Chakrabarty

I am the author of two non-fiction books for young readers (Fighting for Women's Rights - The Extraordinary Adventures of Anna Leonowens' and 'Champions of Women's Rights - Leading Canadian Women and their Battles for Social Justice' , Formac Lorimer Books, Amazing Stories).

I won the Emerging Literary Artist Award from Mississauga Arts Council for my first book in 2007. My middle grade fantasy novel, 'Lovely Summer's Shade' is available now.
