W. Oliver Segovia

Oliver is a Filipino entrepreneur. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a LeBarron-MacArthur-Ellis Fellow and a board director of the Harbus News Corporation. His work experience spans consumer products, publishing, real estate and e-commerce. Oliver worked with Procter & Gamble Asia, where he helped launch new products and marketing campaigns for emerging markets in Asia, and with McKinsey & Company. After business school, he co-founded a real estate company and an e-commerce start-up.

A former college debating champion, Oliver is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation in emerging markets. He was the founding editor-in-chief of the Ateneo Student Business Review, a college business magazine. In 2005, he won first prize in the World Bank's International Essay Competition for a paper on debate education in developing countries.
