Malaika Cohen is an author, speaker, and creator of the Human Reframe Project™, an evolving body of work exploring the relationship between consciousness, perception, emotional awareness, and the patterns that shape human behaviour.
Born in Germany and having spent more than two decades living in England, Malaika now lives in Germany, where she continues to write, research, and develop practical frameworks that help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the way perception influences every aspect of life.
Her writing is grounded in lived experience, observation, and an enduring curiosity about what it means to be human. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, communication, and real-life experience, she explores the space where science and human experience intersect—always encouraging curiosity rather than certainty.
She is the author of Shackles: Overcoming Domestic Abuse – A Modern Day Taboo, Shackles: A Journey of Self-Discovery, and Consciousness vs Perception: Spiritual Senses Beyond the Five Senses. She also contributed to the international bestselling anthology The Missing Piece: A Transformational Journey.
Rather than telling readers what to believe, Malaika invites them to ask better questions—to look beyond automatic assumptions, become aware of the frameworks that shape perception, and recognise the quiet patterns influencing everyday life.
Her long-term work, the Human Reframe Project™, builds upon these ideas through practical models, educational programmes, and coaching designed to help individuals move from unconscious reaction to conscious response.
"Your reaction may be automatic. Your response is always a choice."
