Andrew Scowcroft

Between 2001 and 2018 Andrew was a management development specialist and author, focusing on the behaviour of successful managers and leaders. He worked with public and private sector organisations, here in the Uk and overseas, delivering management development programmes, facilitating events and providing consultancy, particularly in the area of partnership working and team effectiveness.

His clients included the NHS in Wales, Orange PLC, several UK universities, the Aditya Birla Group (Mumbai), Cardiff County Council, Atkins PLC, Natural Resources Wales, The Wales Quality Centre, Wolcolmonoy Ltd., and numerous private clients.

With his associate Andrew Price, he wrote two books on people management for Radcliffe. His solo work includes a self published Kindle book on presentation skills and a travelogue on his regular business trips to Mumbai. Andrew's most recent book was published in 2015 and Is a simple guide to business accounts and financial jargon, aimed at the new small business owner. All 5 books can be purchased on Amazon.

Prior to forming his own company in 2001 Andrew had a long career in healthcare management, latterly in the area of management and leadership development.
