Thomas T. Holyoke

Thomas Holyoke is professor of political science at California State University, Fresno, where he specializes in interest groups and lobbying, western water policy, and education policy. Originally from western Nebraska, he received his Ph.D. from the George Washington University. He is the author of over fifty peer-reviewed articles and book chapters as well as five books.
