Jon Chang

Jon Chang(1973-) wears a lot of hats. Ranging from game design to graphic novels to short films to animated mini-series to the tactical training industry, Chang has hung his hat at venues ranging from CBGBs to Shinjuku Loft to the Atlantic Council to Silicon Alley. After stepping back from his position as co-founder at Haley Strategic, Chang now is focused on his work with _Echelon creating the Black Powder Red Earth® graphic novels, games and animated mini-series.
