Born and raised in Southern California during the 1960s and '70s, L.V. Sage always had a feeling of being born just a little too late. "Red, White & Blues: Book One" is a tribute to those turbulent and exciting times and the people who lived through them. And those that did not. These are people that you will love and root for for the most part, but they are not perfect. Most are flawed-like all of us. While the novel is based on a very definite time in history, it is not meant to be read like non-fiction. The author plans a trilogy which will follow the lives of the characters from Book One, their children and grandchildren, into the twenty-first century.
