Robert Banfelder

Robert Banfelder is an award-winning crime-thriller novelist and outdoors writer. Robert has penned eleven (11) novels, two (2) nonfiction works regarding the Gilgo Beach Long Island Serial Killer Case and the arrest of suspect Rex Heuermann, as well as six (6) handbooks relating to Fishing, Hunting, Gourmet Cooking, Writing Well & Getting Published. Robert’s award-winning novels titled "The Author" and "The Teacher" received “Best Suspense Thriller” kudos from NewBookReviews.

Additionally, Robert has written hundred of articles for local, regional, and national magazines, including co-hosting a YouTube channel named “Special Interests with Bob & Donna.” Bob and Donna cover numerous topics. Most recently, Robert has been interviewed by the New York Post as well as for a Peacock documentary, both referencing the Long Island Serial Killer Case.
