Phillip N. Hancock

Born in Mississippi, 25 years in the Air Force, 18 years with the Bureau of Reclamation as a Hydro System Controller for the Central Valley Project in California. I now live in Antelope, CA with a 2nd home in Dobbins, Ca, a 20 acre race horse ranch. I enjoy golf, writing and taking it easy at the ranch in Dobbins. I spend as much time there as I can, it is quite, peaceful and the horses and our two dogs make it a pleasure just to walk among them. The view from the front porch is simple a post card setting.
