Carol L Fatuzzo

Dr. Carol L. Fatuzzo is the founder and President/CEO of New Horizons Business Ventures, Inc., an internet-based, management consulting company focusing on leadership, technology, and growth for business success. Prior to founding NHBV in late 2004, Dr. Fatuzzo served as a Technical Director in 3M, one of the 100 largest U.S. Manufacturing Corporations. Dr. Fatuzzo's professional career at 3M included over 30 years of technical leadership positions.

Drawing on her experiences in business and consulting, Carol Fatuzzo has co-authored, with her husband (Ennio Fatuzzo), several business books and articles. Recently, the Fatuzzos have published a new book: "Creating New Superstars - A Guide to Businesses that Soar above the Sea of Normality." This is not your typical business book. It is a story about creating the future for business and humanity through technology. This understandable and compelling narrative provides insight into the chaotic forces changing everyone and everything.

In addition, the Fatuzzos have published the English translations of two of Giacomo Fatuzzo’s books (father of Ennio Fatuzzo). The first is the award winning Italian war memoir: "The Death of the Julia Division - Memoirs of an Officer." This isn't a business book. It is a compelling true story that offers relevant insights to those in leadership positions struggling to survive. And the second, published just now, is the novel “Two Souls in the Sun – A Twisted Love Story.” This tale is a beautifully described journey of a lonely young officer, isolated in the vast and beautiful desert of Colonial Africa, as he descends into insanity while grappling with a love that turns to hate.
