Richard Marman

Richard Marman was born in England and immigrated to Australia as a teenager. He served for nine years as a pilot with the Royal Australian Airforce, including a helicopter tour of Vietnam. Richard then flew commercial jets with Ansett Airlines and trained cadet pilots for Singapore Airlines. He left aviation in 2007 and completed at Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast, majoring in visual arts, graphic design and creative writing. His published works so far stem from university projects. Richard lives with his wife Judy on the Sunshine Coast,Queensland. They have twin daughters, Sally and Elizabeth who live interstate.
