Lauren D'Silva

Lauren has been walking her spiritual path with intention and passion for almost 30 years. She is a healer, teacher, author and channel. Her aim is to inspire you to be your best self and help you to spread more Light across the planet whether she is connecting with you through her writing, her healing, or as a teacher, oracle reader, speaker and guide.

Lauren experienced an intense phase of spiritual awakening and enlightenment when she met her husband Steve Deeks-D'Silva. Together they uncovered a profound past life connection which needed deep healing. She tells her transformational story in Light behind the Angels.

Lauren is best known for her work with the Crystal Kingdom, she is the Principal of Touchstones School of Crystal Therapy and was the Chair of ACHO, the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations, setting standards for Crystal Healing training in the UK from 2014 to 2020.
