Thomas Neal Berarducci graduated from the University of Toledo with a BSEE in 1980, and from the Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland, Ohio with an MSEE in 1982. He worked for Eastman Kodak for 27 years, starting out in the the Kodak Research Labs and working on the ground-breaking Kodak PhotoCD program. Tom led the teams that created the Kodak DVC 300 USB digital video camera as well as the hugely popular Kodak EasyShare software. Throughout his Kodak career Tom was awarded nine US patents in various areas of digital imaging technology. Tom's books are all based upon his experiences as a leader, technologist, and manager.
