Robyn Wheeler

Robyn Wheeler is no stranger to anger. After several years of chronic anger, depression and frustration, Robyn Wheeler was diagnosed with a low-grade chronic depression known as Dysthymia, an often underdiagnosed mood disorder. Robyn's first book, Born Mad, is a true account of her journey, thoughts of suicide and her courage and determination to become "normal."

104 Ways to Starve Your Anger and Feed Your Soul is Robyn's second book, aimed at giving simple, helpful and meaningful tips on how to adjust ones attitude about themselves, others and life in order to subdue angry thoughts and emotions. 104 Ways to Starve Your Anger and Feed Your Soul is perfect for parents, teachers, counselors, doctors and any one else who may encounter angry people or be an angry person themselves. Ideal for beginning conversations with youngsters about their behavior and how it affects themselves and those around them.
