John Morrissey

John Morrissey has been a high school, college and corporate teacher for the past 36 years.

His awards include Nebraska Teacher of the Year Finalist, Nebraska State Outstanding Student Council Sponsor, Phi Delta Kappa Showcase Teacher, University of Nebraska School of Education Distinguished Alumni Award, Christa McAuliffe Excellence in Teaching Award, Omaha World Herald Distinguished Teacher Award, Beverly Hills Teacher of the Year, and Wells Fargo 100 Heroes Award.

John is currently President of John Morrissey International, a speaking and consulting business. He is also an avid Wish Granter and Speaker for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

He believes thanking a teacher is something we all should continue to do.
