I provide an easy cognitive on-ramp for essential lean ideas, so that my clients can bring them to their companies and thrive. No Japanese jargon. No off-putting references to Toyota. No slavish adherence to lean orthodoxy. Just powerful tools, presented in a compelling way, with supportive coaching to help people execute and operate more quickly and efficiently.

Dan splits his time monthly between a small town just north of San Francisco and Manhattan.
