Stephen Valand

Stephen Valand is one of the co-owners and founders of Brooklyn Brew Shop. Along with Erica Shea, they sell beer making kits and ingredient mixes online and at retailers nationwide. Both they and their kits have been featured in Food & Wine, the New York Times, Real Simple, Cosmopolitan, Serious Eats, and on the Early Show, Regis & Kelly, ABC, NBC, and Fox. They live in Brooklyn.
