I love delving into fantasy. Whether it is reading a book, watching a great movie, or, even better, writing something that thrills me.

What can you expect from my writing? Good vs evil, mystery, thrills, action, adventure, political underpinnings and last but never least...romance. I enjoy exploring the depth of relationships, the feelings of discovering love for the first time, and how it grows or changes over time. Although my books contain plenty of heart-racing romance, I prefer to leave certain things to the imagination. For me, the overall story is just as important as the romance in a novel. I don't want to see one overpower the other. I have been focusing on the paranormal and fantasy. I write sweeping tales of intrigue. Situations and people are rarely what they seem on the surface, so expect plenty of surprises.

My first published novel, Five, is a paranormal romance set on Earth. It is the first book in the Elemental Enmity Series and is about a girl who discovers her role in an age old battle for world dominance between the fae and humans. Rayla faces difficult choices and discovers what love truly means over the course of her journey.

The Elemental universe continues with Elemental Legacy. Origin of Angels is the first book in the series. Rayla is still around, but you'll see new characters and, especially villains emerge in this series.

The Netherworld Series focuses on more obscure greek/roman mythology, with a hint of Hades and Persephone thrown in. The Heroes of the Netherworld universe are dream-givers who are losing control of Earth to fallen comrades tainted by a dark force. They've begun enlisting mortals to aid them, and Amelia is about to be thrown into the battle of good and evil.

One thing I have discovered about myself through this exciting journey of publishing is that I love to see worlds I've created come to life. The experience of writing is much more enjoyable than reading for me, and that is saying a lot.
