Sonja Denise Lewis

A blogger for The Huffington Post UK, Sonja has appeared on national television in the US, including CNN with Fredericka Whitfield. She has also been a guest on The Tom Joyner Morning Show.

Her debut novel, The Barrenness, which came out in 2011, has been featured in the both national and regional media in Canada, as well as in the United Kingdom and United States.

In May, 2013, Sonja released her second novel, The Blindsided Prophet, and in October, 2014, she published her first collection of short stories, The Seasons.

A former newspaper journalist for The Albany Herald (Georgia, USA), she has also written for The Guardian, a national newspaper in the United Kingdom. As well as blogging for HuffPost UK, she writes a regular blog for sonjalewis.com.

A member of the Society of Authors, Sonja lives in London with her husband, Paul.
