Jean'e Freeman was born in Burbank, California and grew up in Tucson, AZ. She has a degree in exercise science, is a certified fitness trainer and a professionally licensed massage therapist. She has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 27+ years, an educator since 1985, and a retired United States Air Force Veteran. She continues to maintain a private practice in Tucson, AZ and still teaches courses at a local massage therapy school (courses include body mechanics, musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology, special populations, business, and advanced bodywork (injury management and rehabilitation, and structural bodywork), as well as providing continuing education to those in the field of bodywork.
As a bodywork educator, Jean'e realized the need for her currently titled book "Career Longevity: A Practitioners Guide to Wellness and Body Mechanics," to assist practitioners in maintaining longevity in this physically demanding field. This would also be a great reference book for clients.
