Astronomer Linda Morabito Meyer is the former NASA Senior Engineer who during her decade at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory made what is considered by many scientists to be the largest discovery of the planetary exploration program. She discovered that a moon of Jupiter called Io is geologically alive. She is an ambassador for space exploration speaking to teachers, students, and the general public about her love of Astronomy, and is known throughout the world for her discovery.
Linda is currently working with former Cern physicist Dragan Hajdukovic in support of his new cosmological model of the Universe, which unifies General Relativity with quantum mechanics. Even after her illustrious career at NASA, this places Linda on the very forefront of contemporary Cosmology and Astrophysics.
Recently, Linda has become increasingly concerned about her college students who are fighting to keep both science and their religious faith in their lives. In her newly released book "The Invitation: Christianity for Men and Women of Science, A Miracle for Our Time", Linda and her husband Astronomer David Meyer contend that the Age where the long-standing battle between Christianity and Science has raged on, is over. In "The Invitation" Linda and Dave provide a pathway between Christianity and science for the greatest minds on planet Earth.
