Helen Maffini

Dr. Helen Maffini is an international author, educator specializing in AI for Educator wellbeing, an early childhood consultant with experience of living and working in 16 countries. A Canadian-British global citizen now based in Abu Dhabi, she specializes in delivering practical, research-informed mindfulness and emotional intelligence training to early years educators and organizations worldwide. With a Doctorate in Educational Research exploring mindfulness with young children, Helen has worked with government reform projects, international school groups, NGOs, and teacher- training institutions worldwide. A passionate traveller, Helen loves learning about new cultures. She lives with her Italian chef husband and is the proud mum of two grown-up daughters. She loves to swim, garden and read in her spare time.
