Jerry Del Priore

Jerry Del Priore is a freelance sports writer from Brooklyn, New York, now living Chatham, New Jersey, who covers a variety of professional, college and high school sports for a number of print and digital publications. He is the author of two books: Cha-Cha Chicken Sneeze and Running Through Roadblocks: Inspirational Stories of Twenty Courageous Athletes.

Additionally, Del Priore owns and operates NYNJSportsWorld.com.

At the age of twelve, Del Priore developed juvenile diabetes. He now lives an active and healthy lifestyle. Over his professional career, Del Priore has worked with countless special needs children in a variety of recreational and educational settings.

In addition to his professional life, Del Priore volunteers his time working with teens in a Catholic Youth Ministry program in Chatham, New Jersey.
